At Inanna Designs, each garment is one-of-a-kind, crafted from carefully selected upcycled fabrics. Because of the unique nature of our pieces and the time that goes into creating them, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently than big-box stores.
Returns & Exchanges
Final Sale: All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Fit & Sizing: Since our garments are made from a variety of fabrics and are designed with flowing, flexible silhouettes, exact sizing can vary. Please review the measurements provided for each item before purchasing. If you have any questions about fit, we’re happy to help—just contact us before placing your order.
Custom Orders: Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joey@wearinanna.com. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation, which may include repair, replacement (when possible), or refund.
Sustainability Promise
Because we work with reclaimed fabrics, you may notice small variations in texture, pattern placement, or stitching—these are not flaws, but part of the charm and individuality of upcycled clothing. By purchasing, you embrace the uniqueness of your garment and help reduce textile waste.
